A complaint was made by a local user group in Norfolk alleging that Norfolk Council was breaching the Care Act 2014. Norfolk Council has disputed this however they have agreed to be audited by SCIE (Social Care Institute for Excellence) paid for by the Local Government Association.
Looking forward to receiving the details of the outcome of the audit. Hopefully it will not take too long!
